I’m finally getting around to recapping this weekend! I feel like I’ve been so behind lately ever since my Instagram got disabled for “impersonating somebody else” and I had to jump through hoops just to get it back. BUT that means I also had plenty of time to get some great pictures and videos at Chad’s bodybuilding show in Fargo over the weekend.

It was about a 3 hour car ride to Fargo from Crosslake, and I blogged the majority of the time while Chad drove us. Fargo is where I attended college at NDSU so it was kind of fun to visit and show him my old stomping grounds! We checked into our hotel Friday night and spent a little time unwinding until he had weigh-ins. He came in just barely under his weight limit for his class, but he was good to go!

The next morning I went and watched the pre-judging at 10AM, and then we went to go eat at Texas Roadhouse (one of my FAVES). They have the best bread if you have never been there.

The night show started at 5pm, and he ended up winning his Men’s Physique class and was overall winner + was also the winner of his Classic Physique class!!

We went out to Wild Bill’s afterward to eat and celebrate, but I think his favorite food he ate post-show were the Sandy’s doughnuts - SO incredibly good. Then, we drove to downtown Fargo for awhile to socialize and have some drinks. It was also Halloween night so a lot of people were out and about.

We slept in a little the next morning and then met up with some of our friends for brunch at Lucky 13’s before heading back home!
