Jamaica was BEYOND amazing and I highly recommend taking a trip with all of your best girlfriends as often as you can! We planned this trip about a year in advance, and knew we wanted to go somewhere tropical. COVID of course threw a wrench in our plans, but we were able to make it work with a few rearrangements.

COVID RESTRICTIONS

Planning this trip was a little bit tricky with the surge of the Delta variant. When it came time to travel, we had to show proof of a negative Covid test within 72 hours of our flight time to Jamaica. We also had to show proof of a negative Covid test within 24 hours of our return flight to the United States. Wearing a face mask was required at all times in public places in Jamaica. For residents of Jamaica, a curfew was in place from 10 PM to 5 AM.

what we did

The majority of what we did was eat, drink, and suntan LOL. We didn't go outside of the resort as crime and violence is on the rise in Jamaica and we couldn't decide on an excursion to do as a group. I was A-OK with drinking and laying on the beach all day! The Hilton Rose Hall did have daily activities for the guests to do, such as water aerobics and beer drinking contests which we absolutely participated in.
